Psychic Healing
Any time you can work psychic healing into an exercise to help you develop your psychic abilities you are getting double your moneys worth. This exercise helps you to develop your ability to concentrate and at the same time, teaches you to actual heal your own body.
The exercise should be performed daily whenever possible, with a first goal of 5 minutes of complete, uninterupted concentration upon your goal. Once the first goal is met, a second goal of 10 minutes should replace the first. With the final goal of 15 minutes being a goal you try to accomplish on a daily basis from that point on, whenever possible.
It is important to note that concentration such as this is nothing more than a form a meditation. It is in everyones best interest to meditate on a daily basis. The amount of stress that can be relived provide tremendous life changing relief for your body and I urge you to work a few minute a day into your schedule for this exercise for that reason alone.
Prep Work
Before beginning this exercise, you should find some time when you will not be interupted by other people, your pets, the television or any other outside factors.
Take a few moments to clear your mind. Spending several minutes of measured breathing to remove stresses and impending thoughts from your mind is exceptionally beneficial.
Find yourself a comfortable chair or position on the floor, where you can be warm and comfortable for the minimum amount of time. Calm your mind and when you are ready. Proceed with the following.
Important Considerations
When performing the visualization, it is important to ensure you see yourself as completely healthy, vibrant with health. If images of any physical or mental defects start to sneak their way into your visualization, gently push them to the side and bring your attention back to the completely healthy image of yourself.
Do not dwell upon the fact that the images made their way into your visualizations, simply forget them and move on, taking as little of your attention off your goal as possible.
The Visualization
In our minds eye, see yourself completely well, almost glowing with health and vitality. See yourself running, jumping, having fun, playing dancing, just generally living life to the fullest.
As your visualization gets longer, you can add in seeing yourself playing various sports, doing a job you might not have been able to do in the past or anything else that represents a strong healthy mind, body and soul to you.
Above and Beyond
Once you reach the point where you can hold your concentration on the image of you being happy and healthy, full of energy, you can begin to work upon specific problems you may be experiencing. You need only to spend some time prior to your exercise, determining what is the best visualization to use to overcome your specific problem.
For instance, suppose you have a bad knee. It doesn't matter if your knee was injured in a car accident or from slipping on something, your knee just does not work 100% correctly.
People with knee injuries rarely do sports that require any sort of running or using the legs to propell yourself such as skating, skiing and such.
Your visualization should include items that would be almost impossible with a bad knee. Get on the ice skates and vizualize yourself performing jumps and turns. Tune out the conscious fact that you have a bad knee and see that knee perform perfectly, over and over again.
At the same time, see and feel yourself experiencing all the aspects a person ice skating would feel. Feel the wind blowing on your face as you zip around the rink. See your surrounding twirl as you twirl in place on your skates. Allow yourself to not just see the visualization, but to also feel the experience. Make is as real and it can be.
Final Notes
In any type of psychic or spiritual work, it is the center of our very being that is able to connect to the limitless supply of energy that pulses through the universe.
Your ability to connect to those energies, is directly related to how well you can connect your own being, some would say your own soul, with the energies and this is accomplished by putting as many of your senses into gear at the same time.
Don't just see yourself as healthy, feel it, smell it, taste it. Enjoy every moment of it. Let your experience lift your soul to the highest level you can obtain. Then expect changes.
Know your healing is happening. It is happening now. The wheels of change are already in motion and you have only to accept this healing as it flows into your body and allow it to do what it was meant to do.
