Clairvoyance Exercises
The term Clairvoyance comes from the words "clair" (french for clear) and "voyance" meaning visibility. Together they are used to describe a so called supernatural ability of being able to see a person/place/thing without the use of normal vision.
The exercises that follow are designed to teach you to develop clairvoyance of your minds eye to see into places you can not see with your regular eyes. The minds eye is like a muscle. The more you use it the stronger it becomes.
Your first trials at practicing these clairvoyance exercises may not bring forth the results you would prefer to receive. Do not let this sway you from your desire to learn. Practice will bring improvement.
How much improvement is something no one can say in advance. The entire field of psychic abilities is still in it's infancy and it is impossible to say in advance how far you personally will develop clairvoyance. But one thing I know for sure is that if you give up, you will never develop your ability.
Each person must decide within their own schedules how much time they will spend practicing. At the same time, it is important to note however that the more time spent practicing, the better and faster your clairvoyance training will advance.
With all of that said, you also want to make sure you do not over tire yourself. Your practice should be fun and perhaps a little awe inspiring. It should not leave you feeling drained and exhausted. If it does, you are doing something wrong and should look at both your clairvoyance exercises and the amount your are practicing.
Short, daily training will usually produce better results than long, energy zapping training periods.
